1...2...3 Jump Kindergarten Readiness Program


Who We Are

The 1..2..3 Jump program is a home-based school readiness program for families of children 3 to 5 years old with and without developmental delays/ disabilities. Our individualized parent-driven program is uniquely designed to promote positive parent-child relationships while preparing children for their transition to kindergarten.

Our staff our highly trained early childhood educators and local parents with lived
experience supporting both parents and children for school success. All staff are culturally
and linguistically m
atched to meet the diverse needs of our families.

What We Do

  •  We formally train parents/caregivers in the Universal Developmental Screening-Ages & Stages Questionnaire (ASQ-3 and ASQ-SE).

  •  We support the parent in creating learning goals and outcomes for their child(ren).

  • We design a curriculum and learning program based on each child's individual development, age, parent goals, and cultural/linguistic needs.

  •  We offer 1-1 parent coaching, support groups, and access to community resources and referrals.

What We Provide


We provide:

  • Monthly curriculum packets- Aligned with Washington State early learning standards and guidelines. Each packet has learning activities specifically designed for each child.

  • Free books- provided in both English and Spanish.

  • Free Educational games

  • Quarterly socializations/field trips

  • 1-1 learning sessions with our Parent Educators

 

 

*For children with a developmental delay or disability, our program curriculum can be built around a school-based IEP (Individualized Education Program).
